Styling and staging services
At Style Fox, we offer a competitive price for our services. The cost of styling is under 1% or your estimated property value. We stage homes throughout Ballarat and surrounds and our expert team will style your home with our range of personally selected pieces that will appeal to prospective buyers.
We will work with you to coordinate staging to coincide with your property photographs in preparation for advertising and for your open home. Once staging is complete we will advise a date for furniture removal and pack down.
All staging is for the agreed upon period from the date the styling is completed. Additional weeks are available pending availability.

One of our team members will arrange a site visit with our stylists who will take photos and measurements of every room.
We prefer to work with a blank canvas, if your home is not empty, we will provide you with advice to declutter your home and remove any existing furniture before staging day. You might choose to store it in the garage or move it off site. This will give our team of property stylists a blank canvas to work with in order to maximise your return on investment.

Contract
We will provide you with a quote outlining the details of your styling and staging. We recommend you read over the details, including the terms and conditions, and once satisfied you will then be required to pay a 25% refundable deposit (subject to terms and conditions) to lock in your spot.
The remaining balance will be due prior to the styling date (subject to terms and conditions)
We recommend that you advise your real estate agent with the date that your styling is being done so they can organise for photographs and an open home in the days following.

Design and prep
Once the proposal is signed, your home staging will begin. Our team will be designing and preparing to stage your home. Our stylist will look at photos and personally design each room from furniture right down to the accessories and colour pallet.

Property staging
On staging day, we will require full access to your property, our stylist’s will deliver everything needed to style your home. We will take a full day to build and place furniture to create the perfect space in preparation for your home to be advertised.

De-staging
Once the styling contract period ends our stylists will require full access to your property to pack down the items used for staging.
Please advise our team as soon as possible if you require additional weeks of styling. Additional styling periods are subject to availability.
